Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (340g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, and beat well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
