Vegetable Stir-Fry

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  4. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
