Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
