Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeños (if using).
- Squeeze the lime juice into the mixture and season with salt.
